Let’s get to know Vlad, Legal Beagle’s creative and optimistic E-learning Extraordinaire. He takes raw video, content, and turns it into a work of art. Thank goodness for Vlad! He loves music, books, cooking and hiking when he’s not creating his masterpieces.
Legal Beagle: What does your job entail?
Vlad: I create e-learning courses for Legal Beagle.
Legal Beagle: What is a typical day like?
Vlad: My day starts with two turns of coffee — yes, I’m a coffee addict. Over a few cups of coffee, I reply to emails and browse professional resources. Then I have Breakfast with my wife and daughter. Then I work on the courses until lunch. After lunch, we usually go for a walk. After the walk, I go back to work, and it may take until late in the evening. If there is not much work, we play with our daughter or go to visit. Closer to night, when everyone has gone to bed, there comes my personal time when no one distracts me. I usually watch movies or read.
Legal Beagle: What do you like most about your job?
Vlad: I like to create attractive designs and interesting interactions, transforming dry material into exciting e-learning courses. I also like to communicate with people from different countries.
Legal Beagle: What do you like most about Legal Beagle?
Vlad: Our team is great. We have a structured team that gives clear instructions, goals and support which allows me to do my best job.
Legal Beagle: What do you like to do when you aren’t working?
Vlad: I like to cook (friends and acquaintances say that I’m good at it) and play the guitar.
Legal Beagle: What’s a fun fact about you many people may not know?
Vlad: Few people know that as a student I worked part-time, played the role of Santa Claus on children’s New Year’s holidays.
