The Register of Significant Controllers is a new requirement for Hong Kong private companies as of March 1, 2018. Every company incorporated in Hong Kong must keep a “SCR” to increase transparency of ownership in Hong Kong. In this course, we will learn about the SCR and understand why Hong Kong has enacted this requirement.
