I bought the course and am not sure how to access the course.
After buying the course, you will see a link “Access my courses” link at the end of the payment success page. You can access your course that way. However, if you’ve bought the course, logged out and then log in again, you will access your courses by clicking My Account – My Learning link in the header menu. This will list all the courses purchased for access.
I paid, but the course has not appeared in My Learning.

I forgot my password. How do I reset the password?
You will see a link “Forgot Password” in the login page. Click and enter your email address. If the valid email account exists in our server, then the system sends the link to change your password to the email account. You can click on this link and change your password and then access the system. If you’ve somehow entered an incorrect email upon signing up, please email email@example.com or whatsapp/call +852-6939-6075 so we can help you.

My Certificate was issued with the wrong name.
The name registered online on our platform has to be exactly the same as in your registration with the Hong Kong Law Society. If this is not the case, please send us an email to email@example.com and we will help you resolve.
My law firm has a corporate membership, but I was a customer before that. Which login information should I use?
Please use the Corporate membership email and log in details provided by your law firm as it will be billed directly to your Firm rather than paying via paypal and paying each course individually. Please contact your L&D department or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are you sure these courses count for Hong Kong Law Society CPD and Hong Kong Law Society RME points? I thought you had to go to a live class to get my credits.
Yes! Legal Beagle Limited accredits each online course with the Law Society of Hong Kong. You will receive a certificate after completing your course. Please click here for the Law Society of Hong Kong requirements.
I’m New York admitted and want to take care of my required CLE credits outside of New York. Is that possible with Legal Beagle?
Yes! Under New York’s Approved Jurisdiction policy, New York gives reciprocity to courses approved for CPD credit by the Law Society of Hong Kong. While each attorney needs to determine whether courses fall into the categories of NY CLE credits, (e.g. ethics) since Legal Beagle courses are accredited by the Law Society of Hong Kong, under the Approved Jurisdiction policy, they qualify for CLE credits through reciprocity. While Legal Beagle cannot under the policy state NY CLE credits on its certificates (and neither should any other provider in Hong Kong), we encourage lawyers to view the policy here and take advantage of Legal Beagle’s affordable and convenient legal training.

How can my law firm cover the cost of my courses?
If your law firm already covers the cost of training, you can either charge the one off courses to your personal or firm credit card and seek reimbursement by presenting our receipts to your accounting team. I purchased my course on July 1 of the practice year ending October 31. Can I use it in the next practice year?
All purchased courses expire annually on November 1. In the event you have purchased a course prior to 1 November and you fail to take or complete that course prior to November 1, that course will have to be purchased again in the next year.
