As well as the successful plaintiffs in Hu Sun Irene and Hessle Inc v Zishang Trading Ltd and Others [2023] HKCFI 2369 in obtaining judgment and post-judgment Mareva injunctions in respect of an email/identity fraud worth over HKD 320 million
