Law firms and lawyers often have difficulty with engagement and collaboration, as the focus in developing lawyers (and rightfully so) is on technical legal skills, intelligence and attention to detail. However, these areas and collaboration are not mutually exclusive. This engaging course discusses how law firms and lawyers can break this cycle and encourage teamwork, engagement and collaboration towards higher performance as both individuals and teams.
