Speaker’s Bio:
David Ravenscroft has practiced law as a solicitor for over 40 years, with more than 20 years of experience in mediation as a practitioner, lecturer, and writer. Accredited to HKMAAL, HKIAC, the Asian International Arbitration Centre, and the Law Society of Hong Kong as an International General Mediator, he has practiced in Hong Kong since 1982, focusing on dispute resolution. David founded his own firm in 1985, operating it until 2021, and now serves as a consultant. He has been a Notary Public since 1988.
