Course Description
With businesses storing data digitally rather than in other forms, how to store and use that data in a commercially viable and legal manner becomes more important. This course recognizes that many law firms and companies store data digitally but discusses how that data can be breached, and how to protect against those breaches.
Dmitri Hubbard is the General Counsel of Blue Dragon Asia, a Legal and Compliance Solutions Company that specializes in legal, employment and HR issues in Asia. He is a qualified Barrister and Solicitor and is a prolific author and speaker on a variety of legal topics. Mr. Hubbard has also worked at Lexis Nexis and was a M&A lawyer at Lovells in London before coming to Hong Kong. Mr. Hubbard is an expert witness in data mapping, forensics and evidence management and has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Chinese University of Hong Kong, The University of Hong Kong and City University of Hong Kong.
