Madhu is our devoted and hard-working Head of Operations and Customer Experience. She previously held management positions at the largest retailer in the world and constantly keeps us going and takes no prisoners. Madhu loves travel, nature and baking, and balances everything on top of her mom duties!
Legal Beagle: What does your job entail?
Madhu: My job is a combination of Customer service and administration work. My main responsibility is to keep our customers happy and answer their queries in time. I am also responsible to onboard our customers. I support my team in the content development process also. I do provide office support to ensure smooth-running of the business.
Legal Beagle: What is a typical day like?
Madhu: My typical day starts at 6am in the morning to help my daughter to get her ready for school. By 9 am I finish my domestic work and start working on my assignments. I am a full time freelancer and works from home. So throughout the day I juggle between work and home.
Legal Beagle: What do you like most about your job?
Madhu: I really love my job. It’s flexible and I can manage my personal life well. Before I went through freelancing, I worked 9 am-5 pm, which I feel somewhat I was compromising with my duties as a parent. This job has given me the balance and peace in my life. Now, I can spend more time with my family. I love resolving the problems and helping others, this is a perfect job for me.
Legal Beagle: What do you like most about Legal Beagle?
Madhu: What I like the most is the leadership team at Legal Beagle. I don’t have enough words to express my gratitude towards the company. I feel valued, cared and listened always. There was not a single chance that I have observed when the management missed to appreciate our effort and contribution. I can work life long with Legal Beagle just because the management team. Our thoughts and ideas are always listened and implemented. The work culture is open and free from any kind of politics.
Legal Beagle: What do you like to do when you aren’t working?
Madhu: I listen Sufi songs and read articles on good parenting and healthy relationships. I love baking cakes and cookies. I love nature and travelling to new places to explore.
Legal Beagle: What’s a fun fact about you many people may not know?
Madhu: Since I am big fan of promoting healthy relationship so I am also famous in my family and friends for giving them advice to fix relationship issues.
